We want our company to help the world we live in....and enjoy a drink along the way. We are an award winning small batch independent cider maker focused on deliciously slow matured artisan cider.
We dont’ mess about with the good stuff.
Our apples are nurtured in unsprayed orchards. Our cider has no added sulphites, is unpasteurised and unfiltered.
Our apples are hand-picked with loving care, pressed in a low-impact cider barn, and slowly fermented with attention to detail. Our leftover apples (pommace) is fed to the local cows that share our grounds.
We are lucky to have such an idyllic location. Settled within view of May Hill, we pick and press our apples at the very same site which originally shipped traditional English cider to Bristol. If it isn’t broken, dont fix it.
